Boxing Shortlisted for British Sports Book Award
We are excited to announce that Boxing: A Cultural HIstory by Kasia Boddy has been short listed in the prestigious category of Best Biography (person, place, sport or event) for the 2009 British Sports Book Awards, sponsored by the National Sporting Club. The winner will be announced in London on March 18, 2009.
Boxing: A Cultural History has also recently received glowing reviews in History Today, The Times (London), The Guardian, and The Telegraph.
