The Upperman African American Cultural Center at the University of North Carolina Wilmington is hosting a book talk, book signing, and reception for Dr. Emmanuel D. Harris II, associate professor of Spanish and translator of Swan Isle Press's recent release, Over the Waves and Other Stories.
